1st day
We are in Foligno, Italy, within the scope of our Explorations Of The Digital World project. First day; Our digital exhibitions, which we prepared with the web 3.0 and web 4.0 tools we learned, were presented. Our work to create our ‘Digital Art Gallery’, which is our project output, continues. It was a productive working day. Student and teacher work for our art gallery will add diversity to the educational content and methods of partner schools. After the training, we took a small cultural tour in Foligno.
2nd Day
Today, Charck Laboratory founder Paolo Russo explained AV/VR technologies. Augmented reality and virtual reality seem to be very effective in educational studies in the world of the future. As educators, it is very valuable and important to know the digital world and use it effectively and efficiently. Afterwards, a preliminary information meeting about digital story creation applications and the article works of our Galati University partner. The process of creating the outputs of our project is very exciting and proud.
3rd Day
We had a wonderful scenic journey today. Rain, a forest in every shade of green and villages in the forest. Afterwards, we went to Piore Terzi Superiote School to watch its digital applications. We watched with interest and attention the educational content created by teachers and students with Web 4.0 tools. We experienced the metaverse world with special glasses. Sharing with teachers and students was valuable and important. On the way back, we visited the natural wonder village of Rasiglia, accompanied by rain. Finally, we completed the day with the Foligno city tour and the digital museum tour. It was great to listen to the historical and cultural values of historical heroes in the digital museum and watch videos of how they kept these values alive in real life while listening.
4th Day
Today was the games day of our project. Our partner Eduvibes Foundation presented the scenario of our digital game output called “I’m Collecting Stars in Space”. As participating teachers, we contributed to the scenario. A game scenario has been put forward in which children can play and learn with pleasure, and now we will eagerly wait for the day when our Charck Laboratory partner will prepare and finish the game in a digital environment. Then, the work was completed with a workshop event on the preparation of digital cards with educational content. After the training, the day was completed with a tour of the historical and cultural values of the city of Perugia.
5th and 6th day
Friday was the last training day of our project. The design of the educational digital cards of our project was carried out with the participation of Adrian from Charck Laboratory and all stakeholders. Then there was a certificate ceremony, all participants received their certificates. Frankly, it was a collaborative and productive week in terms of the outputs of our project. On the last day of the week, the beautiful city of Rome, with history in every corner, was also seen. And thank God, we returned to our country, our home, successfully and in good health.
